1.    SHIPPING

We want to make sure your order gets to you safely, so we send all orders fully insured by tracked and/or signed for delivery services. It is important you use a delivery address where you or somebody you trust can sign for it.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a Greek address within one to three business days. However, occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. Customers in Greece may choose to pay via our Cash on Delivery option.

An overview of estimated transit times after dispatch are provided below but as we are reliant on the external services provided by courier companies we cannot guarantee to achieve them.

* If you choose to ship internationally, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is often necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You should check with your country’s import laws before placing your order. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent detailing the additional cost for your approval and payment prior to shipment of your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Zoe Stergiou shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Zoe Stergiou. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.

Orders are shipped out of Athens, Greece.
Prices and invoices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Payments are in € Euro.

Domestic deliveries

The cost of delivery within Greece is 2,80€.
Delivery of orders above 100€ is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad

The cost of delivery to Cyprus is 17€.
Delivery of orders to Cyprus above 150€ is free of charge.

 2.    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it’s returned to us in its original, unworn condition and original packaging, with all labels intact. Please kindly note that any shipping costs associated with the return of a product are to be borne by the customer.

In the event that you would like to return a product and exchange it for another item, please be advised that the first return is free of charge. However, for each additional return the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Inside your package you will find a ‘Return Form’.
We kindly ask you to fill out the ‘Return Form’ in order to process your return faster.
We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment.

Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
• Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.

After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
